In today’s dynamic, evolving real estate industry, the one influential voice for the commercial building professional is the Saint Paul Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

During the past twenty years, BOMA’s purpose has remained the same – to provide members with an active network and resource for information, communication, representation and education.

The Greater Saint Paul Area BOMA is one of over 100 local chapters of BOMA International. In addition to the myriad of benefits our members derive from BOMA International, locally we strive toward an enhancement of knowledge of the office building professional, and an atmosphere that will enable the most effective development, operation and marketing of office space.

Saint Paul BOMA’s membership consists of over 300 representatives from the Commercial Real Estate industry and from the Service industry (members who provide services to the C & I Industry).
